Our agency is committed to provide the highest quality patient care with “hometown compassion”. The Department was established in 1970 to provide ambulance service to the Towns of Victor and Farmington, suburbs of Rochester and located in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
Our crews are stationed at the base reducing response time to an emergency.
Providing both Basic Life Support (BLS) services and Advanced Life Support (ALS) services.
Advanced technicians can perform heart monitoring and administer life saving medications on the way to the hospital, often saving and preventing further threats to life during the transport time to hospitals.

Each position has formal training, which provides learning in an intern type setting with qualified and experienced members & employees.
