Vehicles
We currently have 2 Type III Braun ambulances identified as 3391 and 3392 and 2 Type III Demers ambulances identified as 3393 and 3394. We also operate 3 additional emergency response vehicle identified as 33-0, 33-01 and 3363. Each of our ambulances and 3363 are equipped with Advanced Life Support (ALS) equipment. The ALS program includes Class III controlled substance medications commonly used for pain management, cardiac issues, and seizures. The ALS program has achieved additional accreditation to perform Rapid Sequence Induction (RSI) procedures in the field. This program has added additional advanced airway skills and equipment including surgical airway.
Our base, located at 1321 East Victor Road was built in 1970 and was renovated in 2006 to meet the needs of our expanding agency! We have living, cooking and sleeping areas for our crews while on duty as well as office and meeting space. We also have a newly renovated training room where we conduct various training events for the community and our staff.
